Wed: 831 calories burned (JM 6week 6pack; JM yoga meltdown; Wed mini challenge 100 tricep extenstions, 38 min walking w/ hand and ankle weights)
Thur: 533 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred; walking; Thurs mini challenge 200 calf raises (75 from floor, 75 from step, 50 from floor w/two 5lb weights)
Fri: Day of rest; I listened to my body today. It had a lot to say. :laugh:
Sat: 341 calories burned (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 2 and walk)
Sun: 693 (4 miles with ankle weights and hand weight & 2 hrs walking @ a home/craft show)
