    Mon: 827 (1 hour circuit training/elliptical; 8 minutes legs strength training)
    Tues: 721 (44 minutes kickboxing/elliptical; 30 minutes strength training)
    Wed: 697 (1 hour & 20 min calisthenics/elliptical/cleaning; 18 minutes strength training)
    Thur: 732 (49 minutes kickboxing/jumping jacks/elliptical; 20 minutes strength training)
    Fri: 597 (1 hour & 5 minutes elliptical/pushups/dancing)
    Sat: 238 (1 hour cleaning/dancing)
    Sun: 230 (30 minutes strength training)

    Total: 4042
    Left to go: over 42

    Weekly Goal: 4000 per HRM

    Mon: 704 calories burned (Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack; Lauren Brooks Fast Fat Blast kettlebell, mowing yard)
    Tues: 357 calories burned (Jillian Michaels extreme shed and shred)
    Wed: 831 calories burned (JM 6week 6pack; JM yoga meltdown; Wed mini challenge 100 tricep extenstions, 38 min walking w/ hand and ankle weights)
    Thur: 533 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred; walking; Thurs mini challenge 200 calf raises (75 from floor, 75 from step, 50 from floor w/two 5lb weights)
    Fri: Day of rest; I listened to my body today. It had a lot to say. :laugh:
    Sat: 341 calories burned (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 2 and walk)
    Sun: 693 (4 miles with ankle weights and hand weight & 2 hrs walking @ a home/craft show)

    *I just started on friday and i know by the end of tomorrow i will have burned over 3500, So I decided to do this for a week, see how many calories I burn and then make my goal for next week. My goal per day is to burn over 650cals. So If that was my Goal for the week then it would be about 4550.
