I think I have done 150 squats....no weights0

I DID IT!! I spaced them out during the day, and did a least 50 in my Cardio Intervals class, and just finished my last 40 now! (made my husband join in too! since he skipped the gym)

Done. 6 sets of 25, body weight only. To make them more fun, did them naked. Got the strangest looks.....from my dog.0 -

had to break it down, my knee started to hurt.

first 100 done in 3 in heels during a conference call. Rest done at bootcamp class with 18 or 22 pound body bar overhead.0 -

Mine are done too! and first 100 on bathroom breaks at my office in 3in heels (would have loved to have done them during my conference call but I would have probably gotten strange looks in my cube...)
Then the rest were during my "dance toning" class tonight0 -

Just finished up my last 50. Did them during bathroom breaks at work. Tried regular squats, plie squats which killed my calves, and squats with a side leg lift. Mix it up so I didn't get bored.0
