Yay! I did my 150. The knees crunched a whole lot but I got it done throughout the day. Loved this challenge. Where do I look for the next one?0

I'm gonna try!! I wanted to do somethign last week and then couldn't Too many family members in town and not enough time in the day! Today its just me and the puppy! It's on!

I did it I did it. They were not the best squats but I did 150 of them (I did 3 sets of 50) The last 50 I was pushing it hard my muscles were so mad at me. But I actually completed a challenge. Can't wait till the next one.0

My mind was totally off today, and I skipped my workout at the gym, however, I did complete my 150 squats while folding laundry0
