Still a work in progress but I'm 5'11" and started at 357, now 310 (since mid February 2012). You can do it!!
WOW!! I would never guess your were ever 300lbs!!! You look way smaller than that. Congrats on losing! That is no small feat.0 -
I'm 5'8" I reached my all time high of 324 last month. Only down just shy 5 lbs since the beginning of July. My goal is set at 150. I haven't been there since maybe 6th grade. I was wearing about a womens 12 but was rather tall. They didn't even have to take them up much.
I will have to evaluate if my 150 goal will hold up when I get to 160-170. Women in my family seem to carry weight more like a man. We are all fairly tall women and muscular builds even under excess weight.0 -

I'm 6 feet tall and I started at 245 pounds and I'm currently around 195 pounds. Still have a ways to go, but I'm proud of my progress.0

I'm 6', and my before pic, on the left, I was just over 200 lbs. maybe 205-210 or so? I was a TIGHT size 16. Now i weigh 162 and wear an 8/10.

I guess I'm on the short side of tall - 5'8 and started at just over 250lbs, currently 220 (profile picture), with another 60lbs to go, although I suspect I'll be happy with my body *visually* losing another 50. Yay for strength training and being tall!0

I.m not sure what starting weight was. I am 6' and 173 lbs. today, size 10. ( tried 8 the other day and fit fine. Maybe just that skirt?) I started out size 14-16. So I'm pretty sure I was at least 200. I'm trying to get to 165 now. I eat clean most days following mfp's recommndations to eat back excercise cals. Good luck and just keep at it.0

today is my first day on here. i'm 5'11 249lbs and starting this whole thing again (a few years ago i got down to 206lbs but major stresses and a death pushed me back up there). all of these posts really inspired me!0

I'm 5'9 starting weight :sad: 225:sad: wearing size18/20 in now currently i'm wearing an 10 some 6/8 depending on material or designer i'm down to 186 would be happy @ 180 if my ab flab were gone but i can see myself stopping @ 170/175

5'11 here & started @ 270+. Last known weight was in the low 150s, but haven't weighed since March (focusing on building muscle these days, not weight loss). Couple before photos in my profile with several recent-ish photos too.0

I am 5'9" and I started @ 240. I am only dwn a little bit.... 226. The scale is dropping as quickly as I would like for it to but Im not gonna give up... Im gonna keep goin! Lol! Anyone tht would like to add me would be great! I need all the motivation I can get! :-)0
