I'm 5'4" and currently at 160.8! My goal is 135-140. I have a medium to large frame, so I think this is the lowest I will get. I'd love to meet others that have the same goal(s) as I do.0 -
I am 5'5" I want to be 130 but everyone at work says that is way to thin. I am currently 176 and a size 13/14. I want to be a size 8/10. so I really don't have a weight goal just a size goal.0

5'5 - current weight is 188 - GW is 160-165. I'm a competitive powerlifter, so I have a large amount of muscle (plus a large amount of fluff!). Looking back, I feel like I looked the best when I competed in the 165 weight class a few years back. My inclination is to do it fast, but I back off of that in order to keep that sexy muscle and strip off the fluff on top I only started last week, but down 3 lbs already! Short term goal is 4 weeks from now (my birthday) - and it's to be below 180. I can do it!!0

I'm 5'3 in shoes (5'2.5 barefoot) and my goal weight is 110lb. I have a small frame and have always been naturally thin, until a medical condition caused me to gain weight. Used to hover between 100-105lbs even after having my son, so 110lb is perfectly fine for me.0

I fell you on that. I would love to be in the 100's again too. I currentley weigh 209 so i know what you mean. I still have a lot more to go but it will be worth it in the end.0

my goal is minimum of 180pnds.. and ultimate goal is 150 (im 229 now, started MFP a wk ago at 231).. the way my body is shaped/(figure.. im all woman not a stick here.. LOL) and have muscle/tone.. i look 130 ish at 150 and at 180 I dont look 180.. oh and im 5'4"..0

i'm 5'3 and my highest weight was 175 which was at the end of next year. currently i'm in the low 160's. my goal weight is somewhere between 128-140 depending on how much muscle i'm carrying.0

i don't really have a weight goal, I try to focus on measurements, how I feel etc, I mean dont get me wrong I enjoy seeing the numbers go down on the scale, but inches lost is more important to me.0

I am 5 foot 5 inches. To be a healthy weight I need to be under 150. I have felt my best between 140 to 147 so I dunno, I will see when I get there. It looks like we have similar goals so add me! My food diary is open for viewing to friends0
