Really excited :-) It's exciting to think that I could be 15 lbs lighter by the end of August! This will be perfect, a few days before I'll be moving back into my apartment at school and I can feel really good about accomplishing this when I start classes again.
I gained 2. I am not sure if this is water weight or not. I am assuming I didn't lose any since I have a pretty terrible week. It wasn't horrible, but I doubt that I lost. I just hope I didn't actually gain. Lately I've been struggling with the scale. As encouraging as it can be, sometimes I think that taking my measurements, and working out and eating right and re-measuring and re-weighing in 2 weeks would benefit me better. The scale is so iffy sometimes and if I am retaining the same water weight and fluctuate, it usually discourages me and allows my depression to sit in and leads me off track. Any opinions on this or someone else who struggles with the scale?0 -
