    Really happy with my results this first week. totally due to working out and watching total calories,....loggin daily again has helped.

    Wow that is a great drop for a week Nice Job !!!!!!! What was the biggest factor,.....work outs or your diet ?

    Starting weight (July 16): 236.6 ( I noticed that I did not put in the .6 last time)

    1st week weight (July 23): 235 But a 5.1" loss over my entire body!

    I may not have lost very much this week, but I also lost a ton! I am down 5.1" over my whole body. And actually, thats only over 3 days. I started the 30 Day Shred on the 20th and that is when I took my original measurements. I would have waited a week to measure again, but I figured..... lets share the progress with you guys. So.... YAY! Maybe in the coming weeks more pounds will go and I would like that. But for now, I am super proud of myself!
