    *Going back to Orlando for a good friend's wedding at the end of August. I'd love nothing more than to be in Onederland when I step off of that plane! I'm going to continue to eat right, exercise and limit alcohol consumption until then. Lofty, I know... but I think it's doable.

    Only one pound this week, but at least it is in the right direction. I sprained my ankle on Friday, so I have lost three days of exercise. I really need to pick up my exercise this week to make up for lost time and to try for 2+ lbs.
