            10 miles biking this morning in high wind (:grumble: I hate that!), then my JMBR this afternoon and then it was still windy with 94* so I got on the TM and walked 4 miles! 14 miles today dinos! I will roll past 3000 tomorrow!:drinker:

 I took a week off this month because my legs were screaming at me. I think I just needed new shoes for work. Trying them for a few days to see how it goes. If I get back into my routine on Wednesday, I can still beat my goal by the 29th. Then, I will up my goal and add a goal of not taking a break during the month!0

            Better late than never. I'm moving 100km this month as I'm doing less weights and more cardio.
 July 1st - 7th = 34.5km
 July 8th - 14th = 43.5km
 July 15th - 21st = 3km
 July 22nd - 28th = 12km so far
 93km moved, only 7km to go and then who knows0

 We are walking around town today but I probably won't track and count that.
 Gonna plan on going for a 3-4mile run when we get back to camp tonight while mike gets the fire going for the night. Should get me back into the lime.0
