    Still doing the no scale challenge. I have no idea what my weight is. I worked very hard moving this week, but also ate a lot of high calorie food. Not sure how this is all going to turn out when I finally get to weigh. But considering the amount of time we have left till Memorial day, it doesn't look like I will hit my goal. But I shall try my very best :bigsmile:

    Yippee! The dam finally broke and the water is gone!!!! I was getting SO discouraged. Unfortunately, I go TOO discouraged and had a few really bad days. I ate lots of fattening foods and had WAY too many cocktails with an old friend. Not good for the dieter in me, but sometimes I think you need to indulge.

    Anyways, I am back on track and seeing a little dip in the number on the scale has given me the encouragement I needed to keep moving forward. Maybe I CAN reach that Memorial Day goal!

    Challange Start Weight: 219 lbs.

    This Week's Weight: 216 lbs.

    Last weeks weight (4-22-08): 141.5 ...... been stuck there for like 4 weeks!!!!
    Current weight (4-29-08): 140.0

    I was stuck at 141.5 pounds FOREVER it seemed like!!!! I finally broke that barrier and I AM NOT GOING BACK!!!!! I REALLY want to get out of the 140's permanently!!!!!

    I rebounded a bit from not losing last week... but I'm a little suspicious of the results! :laugh: But I'll take it - it's nice to be out of the 180s, even for a day!

    Ok. I didn't want to get on here because I got stuck. Same weight for like 3 weeks. UGH!:mad:
    So I quit weighing myself and I stepped on the scale last Saturday...... Tada! Down 3lbs! I was having scale madness! So I look on the boards and a lot of people are having the same issues! Shame on me for not being on here :embarassed: So here I am again. I think I may have to readjust my goal for memorial day but that is ok. As long as the clothes get bigger and I get smaller!

    I'M STUCK AGAIN. Every few weeks this happens, i lose a couple of pounds one week and then nothing for at least a week. i don't gain but i don't lose either, it is very frustrating.

    Still don't think I'll make the goal I set for myself. I was planning a loss that is too aggressive, but I didn't realize it. What a difference this site has made in the way I think! I will be close to my goal which makes me happy. What more could I want!

    Next week is finals week ..... not sure how I'll do on the exercise part of it .... I do fairly well on watching what I eat but I just need to burn some off!!!! My last final is on Thursday the 15th - after that I'm going to work REALLY hard and make a BIG push for Memorial Day ..... I know it will be HARD to lose 5 pounds in that short of time period and I probably won't make it but I'm giving myself an excuse for my finals (I only have one chance to get through these four finals ...... still have time to lose this excess weight!!)

    Is that a fair way to look at it?? I'm not giving up ..... trust me .... I CAN'T do that!!!! :smile:
