Starbucks, what do you drink ?

Try their new "Refreshers"! They have a Lime one, as well as a Berry Hibiscus one. They ARE actually refreshing, but still give you a coffee "kick" since they have flavorless coffee extract and green tea extract in them. They are also sweetened with stevia! 60-70 cals for a Grande.0

Lately I like a triple grande skinny mocha (new skinny mocha) or if I've been out walking a light caramel frap
Before dieting I liked a quad grande, nonfat white mocha.0 -
Healthy, idk but I get either the light Mocha Frap for 110 calories
or a tall skinny caramel macchiato with sugar free hazelnut for 100 calories.
Never thought of the sugar free hazelnut!0 -
Not a dang thing! It saves $$, calories, and caffeine intake. Sorry Starbucks, cause I do love you.
Glad i'm not the only one! I hit the Starbucks when I've had 3 hours of sleep and 12 hours of work ahead of me, and then I'm not looking for anything healthy!0 -
tall iced coffee, 1.5 shot of toffee nut, and a small about of skim milk- around 100 cal
or ... a tall skinny caramel latte, 100-110 calories!0 -
I like the Chai Tea Latte/White Mocha and Caramel Machiatto (sp?). I don't go to often but those are the ones I pick when my friends drag me along.
EDIT: I didn't know you were looking for the low calorie drinks. I don't choose healthy things when I go there since, as I said, I don't go often.
Ooooh... Chai Tea Latte is one of my favorites!0 -
plain black coffee0

venti cool lime refresher. Its got caffeine because its made with green coffee and tastes AMAZING and its 80 calories and cold perfect for summer.
Its got a green tea kind of flavor to it with a hint of lime and I also taste a tad bit of mint but I've heard others say they don't taste the mint.
yum, sounds so good!0 -
Coffee, black.0

Pre-MFP. Carmel macchiato and cinammon dolce latte. After joining MFP straight house coffee (very low calories) or a tall sugar free vanilla soy latter (120 calories).
the protein snacks there as well as egg salad sandwhich. just be careful of sodium content. can be killer amounts at time if you don't monitor.0 -
Long black coffee. No sugar
or
Skinny latte (which is espresso coffee with skim milk, no sugar. About 60 cals is my usual estimate).
I don't do the sugary (or fake-sugary) add-ins - if I want candy, I'll eat candy!0 -

Tall skinny vanilla latte. 100 cals.0

i home brew; generally hazelnut decaf. sometimes i add sugar-free creamer and sweetener. there are some great varieties out there, and you'll save tons of money.
while i generally do pre-ground, grinders are cheap, and whole bean is so much better.0 -
venti bold, no cream no sugar. 0 cals, 0 sugar, 0 fat. +antioxidants and gives my metabolism a boost. hooray!0
-

or a tall skinny caramel macchiato with sugar free hazelnut for 100 calories.0 -

tall sized nonfat milk, 2 pumps sugar free mocha, 1 pump sugar free caramel, 1 pump coconut, 4 scoops protein powder, 1 pump of light base. Blend & enjoy. mmmmm0 -
Tall Chai Tea Latte with non-fat milk ... for the non coffee drinkers out there!0

At Starbucks, I order a Venti (20 oz.) Iced Decaf Americano. It's only 25 calories and has 15 grams of sodium. Refreshing and low-cal on a sizzling summer day! : )0
-
Grande Americano, only 15 calories if I'm not mistaken. Piping hot good on any day of the year even if it's 107 F!0
-
black coffee i make at home:)0
-
Sadly I had to give up Starbucks, my white chocolate mocha had over 500 calories. Now I drink iced coffe with sugarfree vanilla syrup from Mcdonalds, med only 90 calories.0

Unsweet Ice tea...black tea....lots of ice!! no calories, no fat...love it.
However I seem to be somewhat of a freak here in Georgia, when I order unsweet Ice tea anywhere...I get odd looks, and they always ask what kind of sweetener I want on the side....when I say none, they say I must not be from Georgia.....( born and raised in New York)0 -
Personally, I cannot STAND any of Starbucks "lite" version coffees, or their "skinny" drinks because it just tastes nasty to me. I don't have anything from Starbucks unless I KNOW I can allow at least 400 or 500 calories for a decent drink.
But I prefer Dutch Brothers instead anyway lol0 -
I get a large iced coffee with soy milk ... 180 calories.0
-
I do not go there for physical health. It is a place to sustain my mental health.
I get no-fat milk, but to sugar-free syrups. Artificial sweetners give me headaches, which defeats the purpose of Starbuck's
I get a non-fatf toffee-nut latte with an extra shot of espresso... OR Chiai with soy0 -
tall strawberries and cream frap light with no whip -190 calories!0
