    On a hot day:
    - grande iced americano, black - 0 calories
    - grande unsweetened passion tea lemonade - about 40 calories, I think?

    Cold day:
    - americano, black - 0 calories
    - skinny latte (most are around 130 calories)
If I get a latte with non-sugar-free syrup, I get it half-sweet, non-fat, no-whip (pumpkin spice latte is pretty good this way)

Sadly I had to give up Starbucks, my white chocolate mocha had over 500 calories. Now I drink iced coffe with sugarfree vanilla syrup from Mcdonalds, med only 90 calories.

fyi, starbucks sugar free vanilla iced coffee is 5 calories. add more cals for milk.

Ice chai latte with nonfat milk: 160 calories for a grande. I get light ice to enjoy more drink. Bam. Default summer awesomeness right there.
  • I almost never drink Starbucks, or any other coffee, because it is almost guaranteed to put me to sleep! But, when I do drink coffee, it used to be a venti mocha with 4 extra shots. Now, though, I order a venti caramel mocha frappuchino. I don't care about calories when I get a coffee. If non of those are options, I just drink straight black coffee. Still puts me to sleep.

I have never been to a Starbucks, In Ontario where i live it's Tim's, It all started in Hamilton Ontario, where i kinda grew up( actually grew up in Dundas, close enough though) I have a Keurig so Tim's doesn't even get my business anymore :)

Not really a coffee drinker, my body doesn't like caffeine but recently discovered decaf iced coffee with 2 tablespoons of cream with splend and a little agave makes a GREAT and satisfying treat. Low calories although i don't remember how many.

I preffer dessert. I think plain coffee is yucky. but a little espresso flavor in my chemically-balancing-dessert drink is perfect for me.

to each their own. my sweet tooth willl be my demise, but it will be a happy ending.

Their samples, when it's not sinful. It's rare that I buy a drink at Starbucks. I prefer to go to good ol' Timmy Ho's.

Love Starbucks... I just started ViSalus nutritional shakes, actually i tried them today I officially start tomorrow. I have to run out to my Starbucks and pick up some of the instant packets of decaf, then i can ad them to my shakes, I order them plain so i can mix in different flavors and add fruit if i choose to. Let see how it works out. I want to loose 10 lbs by mid August. :drinker:
