There's nothing I *cant* give up, but there's certainly a few foods that I wish were lower in fat/sugar/carbs :)
I love banana bread, cupcakes and a skinny latte.

The (3) staple foods I *dont* go without are boiled egg whites, sashimi, and protein shakes with a shot of coffee in them (Ok, that's kinda 4).

This is an interesting thread :D

Chocolate, cheese and bread. Since it's only 3, I guess I would have to give up my coffee.

  • Homemade tortillas! Once you make them at home you'll never buy from the store again, they are so chewy and delicious! This is my go to recipe

    2 cups flour
    1 Tbsp butter
    2 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp baking powder

Also potatoes, and cheese are my other staples
