Starbucks, what do you drink ?

I don't. A family friend was(2-3 years ago) a salesman for a high-quality coffee company. He approached Starbucks about buying "his" coffee. He was told, "No. We don't want higher quality coffee. Our customers won't know the difference anyway." Yikes! I refuse to spend $4 on a mediocre cup of coffee. Yes, I'm kind of a coffe snob...:blushing:0

Skinny hazelnut iced latte with 1 pump of sugarfree hazelnut. 80 cals. Always hits the spot!0

I like their skinny lattes, either hot or iced. Not a ton of calories but high in protein.
But for pure decadence, frappucinos, the light variety. Slightly higher in calories and lower in protein but they taste like a real treat!0 -
Healthy Starbucks, that's an oxymoron!0

Healthy Starbucks, that's an oxymoron!
They do have teas and herbal teas, you know. Admittedly, that's hardly ever what most people go there for, but it is possible to make good choices there.0 -
Tall Soy cappucinno/latte with 1 or 2 pumps white chocolate instead of the four they usually put in... i try not to do sugar free stuff... Its 20 calories per pump so you can monitor the sugar intake that way... I think it even tastes better with less! The latte is heavier tho! 120 cal for capp/ 170 for latte0

skinny hot choc is my fav0

^^this exactly. I do get non fat milk, but that's about it. Starbucks is a treat for me; I only get it once or twice a month, and when I go, I have an iced venti non-fat no-whip peppermint mocha. I don't like sugar free mocha. I pass on the whip because it doesn't really appeal to me, and I get non-fat milk because I have lactose issues and whole milk makes me sick, but otherwise, I get the good stuff... occasionally :-)0 -
Skinny Mocha (no whip, non fat milk) 16oz: 140 cals
 My FAV!0 -
when I hit *$, I get a non-fat mocha frapp, no whip......but most other shops, non-fat iced mocha, no whip. neither is very often, altho I stopped at a stumptown shop today, YUM!0

Grande Iced Green Tea with 2 pumps classic, 40 cals :bigsmile:0

I used to drink Starbucks' skinny drinks, but when I eliminated artificial sweeteners from my diet in an attempt to rid myself of painful daily headaches (it worked!), I'm back to their normally sweetened drinks...
On hot, summer days, there's nothing better than a grande iced coffee with nonfat milk and two pumps of your favorite syrup (I like cinnamon dolce or coconut). Seems like the further south I go, baristas want to include the classic sweetener along with the other syrup--nooooo. Way too sweet! Two pumps is half the amount they typically put in a grande iced drink, and is plenty sweet for me. I think that combination's about 110 or so calories.0 -
Passionfruit tea unsweetened, iced. Zero calories, realllly yummy.0
-
Nothing, I don't like their coffee.0

Usually a tall skinny vanilla/mocha/cinnamon dolce/hazelnut latte, iced or hot. They're usually around 100 cals, give or take, and zero fat since they're made with skim milk and sugar-free syrups.
You can also get unsweetened iced teas - someone already mentioned the passion fruit ones. Which I like unsweetened - but if you don't you can get them made with sugar-free vanilla syrup and they're yummy that way too.
You can edit the hell out of your drinks at starbucks. I usually ask for one-pump of something if I'm feeling naughty and don't want a sugar-free/skinny beverage. So like, during the winter example: tall, skim, one-pump pumpkin spice latte, no whip. A compromise of indulgence. Sometimes I ask for half the skim milk if I don't want to deal with the extra calories. Or light caramel sauce, for another slight naughtiness touch. So another example: tall, iced, light-skim skinny caramel macchiato, light caramel sauce.0 -
the lime or blackberry refreshers are great
I get a 4 shot iced non fat white mocha, no whip with 2/3 of the syrup ~250 calories0 -
Refreshers. 70 calories. It's got green coffee extract.
Otherwise I'm a Caribou coffee girl. Northern Lite While Chocolate Mocha (medium) = 220 calories.
Or if I'm feeling naughty and know dinner will be decent I get a Campfire mocha, medium = 430 calories.0 -
