I feel like some ppl are answering in regards to their new life style- not what foods from the old them are still a keeper- no matter what. So the wheat germ like comments cant be right LOL- you wouldnt be trying to lose a bunch weight if so.
For me- coffee made my way- I refuse to use skim or cut cream
eggs -whole and fried (I'll eat whites a lot- but a few times a week I must have the whole real deal)
chocolate (trying to switch to dark, doubt I will, so I will learn what an acceptable amt is and work it in to my new ways)0 -

Under normal circumstances at least. With the current hot and disgustingly humid weather it's coffee, water, water.0 -
With a family of 6 thinking of just 3 is hard! lol ... but I'll give it a shot (thinking of "my" staples)

COFFEE - really good coffee - I use 8 o'clock whole beans and sugar free or fat free hazelnut creamer, Yes, I know it has calories but I account for that and wont do with out it.0
