not sure when i updated last but im at 51.05/60 miles as of right now...
gonna go change and go for a 45 min run/walk in a few minutes to get at least 3 miles in today....we are going for chinese for lunch and then off to a local rec center for swimming (indoor pool with spouts and a beach entrance) since it's raining today....
think after the kids swim and are running around playing in the gym, i might run into the fitness center to lift some weights if i can sneak away or just do some more laps in the gym while they are playing...we'll see....i may not get more measurable distance exercise in after my run now but ill get more movement....hope everyone is doing well moving their *kitten* and pushing hard to make their goals...we only have 5 more days in july, make them count.....denise0 -
