I’ve hit a plateau

How to set my fitness app to maintain
So I just reached my weight goal! I want to maintain this weight. When I first set up the app it automatically set my calories protein etc for weight loss. I need to change it to maintain so it will change my calories etc to maintain my weight, how do I do this?
