C25K Facebook group?
Is there a popular C25K group on Facebook or something like that? Every group I checked seemed to be based on running groups or had very few members in it but I'd like to join one if such a thing exists.

If you finish a "wk" early in the wk, what do you do?
Do you do multiple wks in a real wk or do you do just 1 a wk? I finished wk 1 today. On my next run, I may start off testing wk 2 and if it's too much, I will just end the workout doing wk 1 again. Or, this wk, I may just keep trying wk 2 until I've mastered it. What do you do when you finish a wk?

Glutton for punishment.
I downloaded the couch to 10k app today. I won't be starting it until I finish with C25k (Thursday is wk5d3) but it's all ready for me. Loving this program!!

Starting today - Keep me accountable !
Naturally the hottest and humidest day of the summer so far, but bronchitis put me down for the past weeks beautiful cool mornings. Just gotta get the hubby off to work, lace up my new shoes and I'm off. I'm a little nervous. All through my planning and my slight delay I never thought I would not be able to do it. Now I'm…

Support Buddies and Endomondo
Hello there! Ok, so I'm on W8 of C25K, and I absoloutely love this. Running makes me happy. I've found an exercise that I get excited about. If I can't get my run in the morning, then I think about it all day. When this happens and it's storming out all day, I just repeat in my head "Stop storming, stop storming, stop…

After you finish each day's plan, what do you do?...
Do you stop the app and continue w your "normal" workout, do you redo that day's plan, or do you continue to the next day's plan?

Transitioning from 3x a week to daily?
I am probably nowhere near the stage, but some days I want to run daily, instead of resting in between. At what point can you safely run every day or 6x a week?
-
how fast do you run?
I average somewhere between 12 and 13 minute miles. I know I'll get faster the more I run (and the longer distance I go) but I'm curious ... how fast are you going?

I finished C25K! If I can, ANYONE can!!
I finally finished C25k today!!! WHOOOT!! It took over a year! I started last spring, and stopped early summer when a family member had a horrific car accident and we spent weeks and weeks at the hospital every spare moment. Stared again mid fall, and stopped in Nov when my ailing Father came to live here. Stared again…

In a slump..
Hello my fellow c25k runners! Prior to the beginning of this program, it was a major feat for me to run 2 minutes without stopping. Since starting the program, my longest run was 25 minutes and I've never felt so proud as I did that day. However, since then, I've been in a slump. I just can't seem to push through the…

Waterproofing shoes?
So far I haven't run in the rain, but it looks grey outside today so there might be a chance. Now I'm just wondering if I should waterproof my shoes with a spray? Has anyone else done this? I usually do it with my every day shoes, but I'm not sure if I should spray my running shoes, since they look so 'airy', not sure if…

Will I get to 5K?
Hi all Other than knowing how far I travel using map my run, and knowing how long I run for I have no other way to calculate speed... and so I only have an average speed [the walking and the 'running' combined]... I've just finished week 4... averaging 6.75kmph and I made it 3.71km in the podcast time (33 mins)... Given as…

Now what?
I completed C25K a couple of weeks ago and did my first official 5K race this past Saturday and finished in 28:30, which was 1:30 under my goal. I have had two runs this week but did them in the afternoon rather than the mornings like I did most of my C25K training and the 5K race. To be completely honest, the afternoon…

Wanting to do this but not sure....
I REALLY want to do C25K, but i have many other xercises and an exercise routine down and I worry it may be too much and i'll overload and quit. Anyone else do this with other(lots) of exercise and its still bearable?

Injury- went a bit too fast
I was on a roll in week three of the couch to 5k program. Felt great so I decided to extend the running. The result is what I think is a strained gluteus medius. That brought things to an abrupt halt. Seems to be healing after a few days. Lesson learned. From now on I will take it slower and if I ever feel repeated pain…

Starting tomorrow!
I just bought a pair of quality ASICS and some moisture wicking gear. I'm pumped to get this started. Anyone else just starting? :)

Running my first 5K this weekend on August 4!
I'm so excited. This Sunday I'll be running in my first 5K ever. I started training on June 2 first using the C25K pro app by Zen Labs (was FAOTD on Amazon), then switching to AccuTrainer (free), and eventually just sticking to non-interval runs with RunKeeper (free) after week 6. The hardest weeks were week 4 and 5 for…

W4 D1 - inspiration?
Just ran the W4 D1 and looking for a little inspiration/motivation :) Week 3 runs I had such a hard time at the 2 minute mark of the 3 minute runs (I'm 5'4", 175 lbs, "run" is 5.0 mph, "walk" is 3.0 mph) that I didn't think I could do 5 minutes. I made it through the first 3 min, and then 5 min, and then 3 min and then on…

Every day?
I'm starting C25K today as it's always been a dream of mine since middle school to be able to run. Usually I give up within a day or two but not this time. My question is, to the people who are more familiar with the program, should I be doing it every day? Or is it okay if I only do it 4-5 times a week? Will the results…

I broke my own pace record
 I did my first 5K run today after starting c25k .. I am on W5D3 and I finished my 5K today in 39 min... I broke my own record of 42 min and I am super happy about the fact that I was able to run/jog 75% of the distance by end of Week 5 Looking forward to improving this even better next time I know its not a great…

Just starting my C25 K
I am just starting my second week of couch to 5K and my goal is to be able to run in a 5K this October. I am wondering if anyone knows a few good calf stretches as that is the part of my legs that generally feel tight after running. Good luck to all who are working toward their own goals!! -Usagi

Week 5, Day 3 In the Bag
I did it! I ran for 20mins non-stop! I also had to share that on my Facebook status today. I am loving this programme. Got up early and got on treadmill. Was worried I wouldn't do it but I did it and felt so pleased with myself for doing it. I noted it's back to alternating running / walking next and wondered if this was a…

Race on Saturday and i can barely walk
I am not sure what I did to my back, but it hurts BAD!!! I am supposed to be finish C25K this week. Then finish off the week by running the Color Run Saturday. What do I do to help my back? Very frustrated. What other exercising can I do to keep up until I feel well enough to run? If needed, I'll just walk the run! Thanks…

Hip pain?
I finished the couch to 5k without problems and was doing reasonably well at increasing my mileage. After my run last Thursday (5.2 miles in about 55ish min) my hip started killing me. I've since backed off the mileage. Are there any stretches that could be beneficial? I really want to get back to my distance runs...
