Week 2 distances?
I know this will vary greatly from individual to individual but what is the likely distance I could cover in w2. I like to plan a route before I head out so dont want it too short (or too long!)

Tender Stomach when starting
I get a sensitive, tender lower stomach muscle when I start to run, it's the same group of muscles you use when you do crunches, is this a normal thing? It does ease up after a few minutes and doesn't seem to hinder movement but it's always there. Anything to be concerned about?

Calf pain when running
I've completed my first two days of the program, and so far I've been able to finish each session. However, while running I get severe calf pain. I've never been a runner, so I'm not sure how to make the pain go away. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with calf pain? Thanks!

Starting program on W3D1?
I've always been able to run a mile, non-stop, with no issues (typically at around an 8 min. mile), but anything longer than that i've always struggled. I tried starting with W1D1, but I feel like this is a waste of time. Has anyone started the program on W3D1? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Leg/knee troubles...
I've tried this program before, and my one issue was knee soreness (on the outside side of the right knee). Is this just something I need to work through? Are there certain stretches that would help? Thanks! :)

Week 4, Day 1 Pavement run #fail
Attempted to do W4D1 today, running on the sidewalk for the first time. Not impressed. #FAIL. Up til now, I have been training on the treadmill. Does anyone else double up their weeks?
I've found that I do each week at least twice. If I do them once, when I progress to the new week my body isn't ready, but doing each week twice seems to be the right amount of preparation. So here's to C25K, the 18-week program. :)
