Ok so i can't work out how to set up my BMF with the whole calorie defecit? It tells me to lose 250g which is about 1/2pound a week i need to eat about 1400 calories and burn about 1800 calories or something? Hunger
Has anyone experience after eating at the 15% cut more hungry and have went over thier calorie level. If so what could this mean. Now for the past 2 days i ate trust me i ate good. I didn't pay attention to macros that much but i haven't gain any wait and ate way over 2000 calories i forgot to track yesterday.

Doing a Metabolism Reset. WISH ME LUCK!
I think I am going to do a TDEE metabolism reset for about the next 4-6 weeks. I've upped my calories and such, but I'm still feeling deprived every couple of days. I guess trying to go the short-cut way and not fully doing the whole EM2WL thing wasn't the best idea. Welp, here's to the next month or so. Wish me luck!
