Today I went through a box of summer clothes that I kept at the end of last summer because they were all a little tight. I thought they would still fit this year...but every thing in the box is way too big to wear!

I did a 5k yesterday and got my best time ever. Then I ran another one today and beat yesterday's time. I'm trying to do 12 in one year. I have to do 2 more by the end of May to keep my commitment.

Well, I screwed Sunday up, entirely! I have really been struggling to stay at my calorie goals this month! But....J4T Monday. ... I am determined to... 1. Do at least 2 hours of exercise 2. Only eat exactly as planned. 3.. Stay UNDER my calorie goal.

Today I am grateful that I don't HAVE to go anywhere if I don't want to. Planning to stay home and enjoy the beautiful snow that's falling. Later, I will put on some snow clothes and take a lovely walk!

I was walking in front of my husband and kids last night ( because I walk faster every where I go now!) and my husband said, "Hey, look kids! Mom's butt dissapeared!" Brand new size 10 jeans and the butt is already loose!

Did a 5k race today for the first time since October. I improved my time by 10 miutes! 50:42 to 40:51.

Today I am grateful that God gave me insight into the fact that my teen aged daughters struggle is very similar to my own struggle. I was able to talk to her and we made a commitment to be accountability partners.
