I'm only 43 but I feel like I'm 100! Back hurts, ankles hurt, heartburn all the time and always so tired. But today I will start - I'm 290 lbs and 5'5. Also looking for some buddies to help me along my journey so send me a message if anyone is interested! My goals for today, just today.....
1. Eat 3 healthy meals today
2. Go for a 1/2 walk today
3. Log my food
4. And focus JUST on today
So glad to have you join us! You can do this - it does not matter how much you have to lose, one day at a time, changing unhealthy habits to healthy habits. I know you'll get there!0 -
1. log all food
2. low carbs, no sugar
3. drink lots of water
4. think like a thin person - stop when full!
Too late to log my goals for today, as its already 9pm. but yesterday I did much better. Trying to think like a thin, healthy person does. Stop eating when I am full (or actually BEFORE I feel full). I keep telling myself if I am still hungry 30 minutes later I will go and eat more. So far, this is working for me.
