    • Try a new walk in the area to see how many steps/km it measures
    • Drink more, easier to do at the weekend than on a work day
    • Walk around a local garden centre
    • Walk around a supermarket, specifically looking at the breads to see if there are healthy options

The magic of writing it down. :)
Today could have turned into a 'stay in your pjs' lazy Sunday, but writing the above spurred me on and I achieved all of the above, passing the 10 000 steps target as well.

I wish that writing it down meant I'd do it. There's really no magic in it for me.
