Back at work today.- Walk more steps than yesterday
- Drink more water than yesterday
- Bring a home-made lunch to work, to eat less
Did the first and third one, strange how it's easier on a work day.
Still finding it difficult to drink enough water. I drank about the same as yesterday.

Just for today...I'm drinking loads of water and forcing myself to eat nutritious foods rather than the crap I've been eating since Saturday. JFT, I am going to not stress internally about the lack of money in my bank account. It could be much worse for me and my family and I'm grateful that it is not.0

This morning I am beyond happy!
Day 485: The world outside the window is hazed in a mist of raindrops. My mind wanders back to the day my life changed beyond all dreams and expectations. I am a willing slave to the quest for health and fitness. Each morning I labour to achieve my goal of improving my stamina and flexibility. This morning I passed a huge milestone. I am 11 stone (154lbs), the lightest that I have been in over 40 years.
May your quest be as successful as mine has been!Life is a challenge! Meet it head on!
