Inspiring stuff, I'm on a smoothie dirt for a week. But in the spirit of the thread. Today I will
A) do 10 minutes of yoga
stretch throughout the day
C) eat smoothies for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Thanks all I think I've bored my family to death with my efforts to get my diet and exercise under control. Nice to find other people doing similar things1 -

Just for today...I'm drinking loads of water and forcing myself to eat nutritious foods rather than the crap I've been eating since Saturday. JFT, I am going to not stress internally about the lack of money in my bank account. It could be much worse for me and my family and I'm grateful that it is not.0
