    Thursday:
    1. 12,000 steps :smiley: 17,953
    2. dance :smiley:
    3. under 100G carbs :neutral: went a little over--had to eat more since I exercised too much :)

    Friday:
    1. 10,000 steps
    2. gardening
    3. swim
    4. under 100G carbs

    I haven't had time to post lately because my work schedule is crazy, but I catch up reading when I can, and you all are doing AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work!

    I'm still doing good with my diet and exercise, too!

    correction...I actually was under 100G carbs yesterday...had to go back and update a couple of things. Don't think that I am going to make it today though!

    • Few minutes on my home exercise bike
    • Walk around a garden centre
    • Cut grass if it doesn't rain
    • Walk to an unexplored nearby nature reserve, to take photos
    • Stay within calories target

    Ive yet to succeed the 8 glasses of water but i did manage 7...

    So today its 8!! No matter how much coffee i drink!! Lol
