    J4T 3/29 - RESULTS
    - walk dogs at least 30 minutes - done
    - Log all food & stay within calorie limits - done
    - Pack my bags & get organized! - done
    - Drink 100 oz of water - done
    - check out gym at hotel as soon as possible after I get checked in this afternoon. - done!!

    - Do my best to log & estimate calories
    - Do something new!

    Late getting my J4T goals posted, but better late than never! :). I've already worked out & enjoyed it this morning! Focusing on doing my best to log food when I don't know exactly how it was prepared. I am hoping that if I'm at least mindful of what I'm eating, that will go a long way towards staying on goal!

    2. swim a mile :( ran out of time...did light weight workout instead
    3. under 100G carbs :)
    4. 8 freggies :)

    Actually, this thread has been going since March 1st of 2015! I don't think it's going to end any time soon!
