Late getting my J4T goals posted, but better late than never!. I've already worked out & enjoyed it this morning! Focusing on doing my best to log food when I don't know exactly how it was prepared. I am hoping that if I'm at least mindful of what I'm eating, that will go a long way towards staying on goal!
