@cyndiesstuff @Mrsbell8well @sleepymom5 thank you. Honestly im not doing well at all. If the scale is moving its just because of IF and breastfeeding. But i set very realistic monthly goals for me and by far i have met them successfully. I have to work on my snacking.

@cyndiesstuff @sleepymom5 thank you. Im struggling to do my 3 miles walk at home. It was a rough week for me because my kids are down with seasonal infections. Plus im having flu as well. Can somebody suggest me a good detox smoothie?

@sleepymom5 @cyndiesstuff I now this whole weight loss process is hard to understand. But I'm here strong because I did everything right this whole week. I ate healthy and did my exercises. So wether the scale moves or not I'm in best frame of mind.

Kuwait is good place to be but only when yiu have friends and family around which i dont have. My husband is flight crew so he is usually not here that much. mostly its me and kids (girl 4and boy 1) and im that exhausted tired mama trying to keep my sanity🙂.

@LilDsMom2 Thank you :smile: i usually burn 300-340 calories with my walk at home dvd. I don't count calories from step counting. So in order to burn 2000+ calories i have to workout 7 days a week which it self is a challenge for me.
