Yes x 3 My NSV is I'm playing in the B grade grand final tonight with my 14 year old son. I'm proud of being a parent who can play sport with their kids and so happy that my kids want to hang out with me 😍

A good day 2km swim this morning and the rest of the day doing some heavy gardening in the lovely sunshine. Made my calorie budget thanks to using some exercise calories. Tracked everything.

@RangerRickL another Aussie here. This week we can feel spring in the air, bit cold at night still though. Yes x 3 2km swim. Just ordered some more togs here online, fingers crossed they fit!

@AvandHK what a shame about your groin! I strained my calf last week, it still hurts, I have decided I will just have to work even more on food side so I can finish September with something positive.

Yes x 3 for the 1st. I managed to avoid all the finger food and alcohol at the party last night which I'm proud of myself for 😊. I've reduced my activity level due to my sore calf so the calorie allowance has dropped 300 calories which is going to be an extra challenge!

Welcome to September everyone! This is my third month and I haven't made it to the winners circle but I'm determined to make it happen this month! I've also started a 6 week check in with a friend, so extra accountability. I'm the same as @Bill70Strong I don't always comment much but I really enjoy being here.

@rangerrick1117 thanks! I used pass #4 today so I'm out. Good for calories and tracking just couldn't move with this sore calf. @trimi1104 I know the feeling I'm surprised I'm still here and nearly made it to the winner's circle 😊

Yes x 3 I strained my calf badly last night playing badminton 😫 I'm devastated I've been enjoying running and have registered for a marathon at the start of November. Hope everyone else has a better day!

That's pretty! I thought I'd be over calories today I had a bowl of muslie after dinner but I'm still ok, lucky I ran this morning! I think I need to drink more water so that's my aim for the next few days. Yes x 3

Yes x 3 I ran 20 kms and then played badminton for an hour with my kids in the afternoon 😊 My legs were so sore they woke me up during the night!
