I cant remember a day that i haven't trained sore in the last few years. Always hobbling from squats and weights. Then into the muay thai that night Really feel it at night/ in the morning Dead lifts the next day never too fun. Lots of lean Indians. When i eat indian food i stick to dal and vegie curries. My favorite which is also very easy to make and very low cals is Palak Paneer or Palak chicken

Franks hot sauce or spray oil with pizza topper herbs and salt is the best

Anything from boiled eggs in baked beans, Fried eggs with sourdough, bacon and eggs, Avacado on taost, to home made fired rice, Left over stews, Protein and fiber smoothies. Vegies, grilled chicken. Pasta with sauce. Il eat anything at breakfast if it has calories

You would only loose water weight as salt intake would drop a lot, meaning you will hold less water also same for carbs, less carbs you body holds less water either way, just eat normal good food and make yourself a veggie packed green smoothie each day to compliment it, Think of it as a vitamin pill or something. i would…

90% of the Whey in Aus and most of the world would come form NZ Fonetra ect is pure 100% why thats all i use, i add my own flavor and sweetner as anything store bought it crap and too sweet as fake tasting

when i lost over 25kg in the past on low protein diet i was still a flabby smaller version of my self. Need to keep LBM if you want to be able to eat lots and burn it easy and look good your choice And yes lift weights

hummus is so nice but very very calorie dense i know its chickpeas but its got a lot of oil in it too. Also, you would never eat as many whole chick peas as you would in dip Ive tried it..... Still a good snack but a 300 cal serve is not big at all

Why would anyone do this when they feel like bread? Mabey if i felt like eggs n cucumber.... If you want bread, log it and eat it If you want eggs and toast it wont make sense to have eggs on eggs will it? Just silly Nothing wrong with bread. its all about self control
