  • First of all: Congrats on your wee one! Secondly: it does seem to be harder to lose the weight after baby but it CAN be done! Just keep at it and remember that nutrition is KEY! I find that consistently meal planning and prepping is a LIFE saver for those days when your child does NOT want to cooperate with YOUR plans! And…
  • Definitely follow the 21DF calculations. It's set up specifically for the program whereas MFP is not. Please remember that, when it comes to weight loss, less calories are not always the way to go. If you follow the 21DF nutrition plan and do the workouts you'll be AMAZED at your results and you don't have to starve…
  • I did every day! I just blended it with some coconut oil and I STILL drink it with coconut oil even though I haven't done the program since January! Feel free to friend me! :)
  • If I can do it, anyone can do it! Feel free to friend me and let's get you on track! :)
  • Here are a few ways I stay motivated when life gets stressful: 1) Having a deep-seated, solid "why". I would remember why I started this whole journey in the first place and how different things are this time around than in the past when I tried to "get healthy" simply to "lose weight". Having an emotional connection to my…

  • For me, it's a few things: 1) Having a deep-seated, solid "why". I would remember why I started this whole journey in the first place and how different things are this time around than in the past when I tried to "get healthy" simply to "lose weight". Having an emotional connection to my goal has been HUGE! WHY do I want…
  • I lost 100lbs without getting a gym membership. I've done at-home workout dvds, changed my diet and my mindset. That, and support, is all you need! Feel free to friend me, you can SO do this! :)
  • I'm a mom of a 16-month old, feel free to add me! :D
  • Hey! I'm in Toronto! Feel free to friend me! :D
  • Totally give it time. Any sort of choreography routine takes some getting used to. Keep at it and I guarantee that in about two weeks you'll know the moves and will be able to ROCK it without even thinking about it! Feel free to add me as a friend, I LOVE Shaun T! :D
  • Oh my gosh, TF is my soulmate workout! That and ChaLEAN Extreme helped me lose 20lbs! I LOVE it! Feel free to add me as a friend! :)
  • If you finished the workout proud of your efforts than you NAILED IT for sure! :D If you felt you could have given a bit more of yourself, then I'd mark the "Barely Made It". It's just a quick gauge of success. Feel free to add me as a friend, T25 is AWESOME! :D
  • Ideally a 6x6ft space would be great but I wouldn't worry too much about, if you have limited space you can do any move (like the globe jumps) just by running or jumping on the spot. At the very least, a body's length so you can do the floor moves. Feel free to add me, Insanity is one of my proudest fitness achievements! :D
  • That all depends on your goals, amount of time you have and preferences! I am a workout dvd QUEEN so if you'd like, friend me and I'll see if I can help narrow it down for you! :D
  • Congratulations on your success so far! That's AWESOME!!! For me, these are the biggest things that keep me going: 1) Having a deep-seated, solid "why". • Brittney, you can TOTALLY do this! If I can do it, anyone can! Feel free to add me! :D
  • For me, workout dvds with a full schedule work the best for me. I just need someone to tell me what to do and when so just opening up the calendar, knowing which workout to do and then doing what I'm told takes all the thinking out of it for me and I get it done! It also depends the type of workout. If I'm just not into…
  • I have to agree, wait at least a week before weighing yourself. This is all going to take time, it won't happen instantly. Keep doing what you're doing and if you've still maintained or gained after two weeks or so then let's revisit and see what's going on! Feel free to friend me, you've GOT this! :D

  • Oh geez, I'm so sorry to hear about your parents, my condolences. I was (and still am to a certain extent) an emotional eater. What helped me to start getting through that was to journal. Any time I found myself in the kitchen for reasons other than actual hunger, I'd sit my butt down and just write it out. Having a…
