Don't be discouraged... Your burning more calories than you would if you didn't excercise at all. Just keep at it.

(((Hugs))) to you and your husband. I'm sorry for your loss. Sometimes just being a listening ear can be helpful. And pray. God will help you all through this. I will be praying over this situation also.

Try to go easy on yourself! I have fallen off the band wagon myself a couple of times, but at least you are back. You can do it, you've done it before :flowerforyou:

^^ Totally agree. With me it was trial and error until I found what I prefer over sugar. I use Ideal. It's Xylitol, found naturally in fruits and veggies and calorie free. Sometimes though, I will use allow myself something with sugar in the raw in it.

Maybe if you add more fiber to your dinner, it might hold you over longer. With me, I get home late alot and usually will just have a bowl of raising bran with almond milk and those are the nights that don't wake up through the night to snack. Good luck to you.

I had broiled Tilapia and 1/2 cup Jamaican rice and peas and 6 hersheys kisses for dessert

I had the same problem at first. Everyone suggested that I drink more water and increase my protein and fiber intake, which really helps. I'll eat yoplait greek yogurt for a snack, which is high in protein. For fiber, I eat FULL bars. They're created by a bariatric surgeon. They are pretty expensive ($9.99 for 6 bars, over…

Tea tree oil or vinegar. You can use distilled vinegar mixed with water and spray on feet, and between toes 2 x a day. Good luck.

Don't be discouraged!! I went through the same thing and I was losing inches, but actually gaining muscle. It depends on your body type. I wasn't doing any strength training also. But remember, crunches, work your abdominals and those are muscels too. Also walking can build leg and gluteal muscles, especially if your doing…

Anything is possible. I love to run to. I stopped for a while but I started up again and when I did, I actually started with brisk walking and after 2 weeks running. I do 40 minutes when I run. To increase my speed, I do speed intervals. I do 10-15 min of my usual speed 4.0 and alternate to 4.5 for 5 min, then go back to…

I use Hoodia with Green Tea. It helps with the hunger and it's natural. I also eat FULL bars at times when I forget to take my Hoodia, and they really help, but don't help with energy. They're a little expensive though...

Strong legs and nice butt!!

Hi Danny. I just started last week. This site has been an eye opener for me. I didn't realize that I ate so much! Actually looking at how much I eat daily really helps. And everyone on this site is so supportive. Good luck to you

Thank you all for your replies! I will try some of the suggestions...

I find it so challenging. I used to get home in the evenings and binge on salty and sweet foods. I try not to keep chips or cookies in my pantry because if I have a craving for it and am home, I usually won't put in the extra effort of driving to the store, just to get it. I'll allow myself a yogurt or sugar free pudding…
