I took it while losing weight (I am pg right now so I dont) and while I cant say specifically it worked, I did lose 45lbs in 3 months with diet, vitamins and exercise.

Whats your water intake like? sodium? I upped my water to 10 glasses a day and it helped alot

i made sure I track it all (dont skip the tracking as it helps you see what you ate and be accountable) I find if I dont track it, its easier to repeat the binge. I drink a ton of water, more than normal and the next day I eat normal like nothing happened.

I understand, I did WW for a long time and lost some weight on it, so I get it. I do think I eat better not having extra points I can get or use!

I think the only way really is to have 5 or 6 days with lots of calories left over each day (a couple hundred) and then go negative one day and know 'mentally' that it works out. I dont think MFP offers a way to exchange them :(

Oh wow, if you have allergies I think thats really crappy of them to be like that. I don't have any advice but I just wanted to say I am sorry you have to deal with that.

I think it really depends on the person and how they ate before. if they ate like me, way over 2000 calories a day, then doing 1600 calories and 400 excercise calories isnt bad and I am still losing 2 + pounds a week. If you start MFP and you already were a healthy eater who is moderatly active, i can see how you wouldnt…

GL Another thought is you could make your sweet tea, and do 3 parts your tea, 1 part the arizona so that you barely taste the arizona. Slowly move to more arizona and less your tea until your switched over. Might trick your taste buds :)

I love the pure protein bars and you can get them in boxes at target or walmart 6 for under $6 bucks. they have about 20g of protein per bar!

Which kind? this is what I have http://www.amazon.com/Health-Meter-HDM770-05-Weight-Tracking/dp/B0014JRAIQ/ref=sr_1_41?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1279675127&sr=8-41 its less than a year old, but it only has 3 stars and it looks like people have accuracy problems with it. I did the 7 day rapid cleanse ( you can goggle that and find it easily) and only ate fresh fruit/veggies (stayed away from bananas/corn/potatoes) and lean meats for the first 3 days and the gradually added food in. It really helped me get a fresh start and get the fast food/junk food cravings out of my system. Weeks later…
