I cook the old fashioned oats. when i add the oatmeal to the boiling water, I also add chopped up apples. Then when it's all cooked, I add splenda, cinnamon, and skim milk. It tastes just like the apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal only better and way more filling!

I really like Mrs. Butterworth's sugar-free syrup.

It's yoga done in a 105 degree, 40% humidity room for 90 minutes. I've heard really good things about it, and I'm really excited to try it.

I have been eating clif bars in the mid-morning to help me get through breakfast and lunch on my long days at school. They are very filling and tasty! I really like the peanut butter crunch, blueberry almond, and black cherry almond.

I was on trivora for over a year and never gained, and my doctor recently switched me to yasmine and haven't gained from that either. I'd talk to your doctor and see what they say.

I stopped counting calories in October because I was not losing at all and I had become obsessed with counting calories. This resulted in me losing 10lbs. I have recently started counting again, not as compulsively, to switch things up and work through this plateau I am in after the holidays.

Great Job!! But be careful on the spontaneous increases like that . Back in June, I had been running 3 miles frequently, then one day I just decided to do 5 miles. What a mistake that was.
