I get bloated if I eat alot of starchy stuff like bread, pasta, cake,... things with wheat or flour. As much as I love the stuff, it doesn't love me back.

Wow... didn't know there were so many migraine sufferers. :sad: I usually wake up with mine, but sometimes they can come on whenever. I drink coffee on a daily basis anyway and have for years. My problem isn't "cheat" meals... its "cheat" DAYS! And I usually feel like pooooo. You would think that would motivate me to stay on course so I don't feel that way but NOOOOO... Apparently I am a glutton for punishment. So... lots of water and healthy eating usually makes me feel better. Food hangovers suck. :sad:

My experience is that you have to heat them up first, the warmer the waffle... the more calories burned. It makes the receptor sites in the little squares much more receptive.

If I had money to do this... I would. It would be for myself but my husband wouldn't complain. lol Mine are all but gone after weight loss, and there wasn't much there to start with. It has always been something I wish I could do... for myself.
