  • Frucking thongs/G strings, what ever you want to call them, I think they are uncomfortable and look good on NOONE, except maybe 0.1% of the population...that 25 year old with an high tight scoop of ice cream butt!!! Otherwise, just plain old fugly!
  • Its the only kind I've ever eaten...never tried instant stuff...I just serve it with milk and a little raw sugar. Make sure you add a pinch of salt when cooking though...otherwise it's tasteless and gunky and the texture and taste can be improved if you cook it in part milk/part water.
  • 1900 calories??? To gain? That's less then my maintenance!! I am 5'4" started at 97lbs and ate around 2500 to gain about a lb a week...I did this for 3 months to gain 10lbs then took it down to about 2200 and slowly gained another 7lbs....when I exercised I ate back my calories... I think your number is way too low to…
  • Popular in Australia too, I always ate it cold as a kid with regular milk and raw sugar sprinkled over and craved it again when pregnant...Yum, keep it simple!
  • 10 solar, and you know it babe!
  • 30DS will as least get you moving, you will not build any muscle on it as it's pretty much light weights and higher reps, its "strength" really is very limited. But its fun, and you can do it at home, and it's a good place to start for a newbie. If you eat as a deficit, you have the potential to lose a little weight, and…
  • If you are less hungry in the day, then space your meals out and save your calories out to allow for later eating. Make sure you are getting enough protein with dinner and through out the day to keep fuller. I don't believe it matters when you eat, as long as you are keeping to your calorie goal.
  • I needed to stop too, It was making me have a more unhealthy relationship with food than before, I became obsessive about what I was eating which was quite ridiculous as I was a gainer, and then maintainer. I counted for a year...now I know how much I need to be eating to maintain, and it comes more naturally...I did mange…
  • I am lucky I don't gain that easily, but What I do it always goes to my stomach first :( So I would want to eat Doughnuts with out it having any negative effects...and cakes and pastries and danishes and pies!!! Sweet, fatty cakey things. Nom
  • I do kind of understand OP's concern, (even with the snide remark by 1PatientBear) I am borderline underweight at 110lbs...but I still tend to carry some "fluff" around the middle. and that's where fat goes first for me...I don't want to drop more weight, because yes, my arms and legs look skinnier and skinner and I still…
  • This thread is incomplete without my husband Alexander Skarsgård.....
  • There seems to be a lot of hate and distrust directed towards people who deliberately eat to gain...try being the <100 lb girl struggling to gain on 2400...."gee I WISH I had your PROBLEM "was the most common response ...dripping in sarcasm ... It's probably harder for people to understand when you have been intentionally…
  • As a parent I love them, they men a lot less fuss and money spent on clothing, and it puts kids on a more even par with each other, I wore them in school! Unfortunately they are just not at all used in Sweden.... As a wife..well, that's just a whole other discussion...love them there too!
  • Finally! some one said it! Yes suck it up! Maybe you will learn to enjoy them!! Try different ways of preparing them, try vegetarian recipes...Try foods from different cultures...
  • For me, there is no such thing as love without respect...you can respect without love, but I don't believe you can love without respect.,,so one is not more important than the other, at least when it comes to relationships.
  • Honestly, I hate the look of lose "old man" jeans and pants,...I'm not saying second skin tight, but regular tight is alright by me...My man rocks the skinny jeans! If you've got the body for it then show it off!!
  • Last I checked flirting wasn't being unfaithful.....
  • LOL, well...I find there are worse things to be annoyed about in life...I take it as a compliment and move on...
  • I'm a fan of scruff! Mmmmmm!
  • That stuff makes me high as a kite, I have to take the children's dose. I'd lose weight on it too if I took it long enough cause it makes me race around like Speedy Gonzales...it is a stimulant, and should be used as directed, as a decongestant, not a diet aide.
  • I drink tea with milk and sugar, I ended going into my recipes and making and entry called "tea" ....I don't use that much milk and sugar, but I can understand it adding up :)
  • OP...have you ever even had a friend with an ED...in real life or mfp??? The reason I ask is because if you had you may have an inkling what a destructive and depressing and draining condition it is...not just for the person with the ED...but for their friends and family....it can be incredibly difficult to be around as an…
  • Looking at the thinspo and the fitspo image wise (not quote wise), there sadly isn't that much difference between them, just a few more cut muscles in fitspo...and as extreme as I think some of the images are, I can't deny that I don't sit here and think "oh I wish I looked like that" over many of the images.....not all,…
  • Well as a gainer, I was eating around 500 calories above my maintence level to gain on average 1lb a week so that was about 2400cals...but as you are eating at the lowest recommended calorie amount for an adult...I'm pretty sure a spike day now and then would be ok...I knew people that would schedule a spike (cheat) day…
  • Meh...each to their own I'd say....I prefer a little boniness over round any day....on myself, and in what I find attractive in other women.
  • In my opinion, it would depend on what you have set your daily activity level at as to whether or not you should count that as extra exercise...I'm not doubting that what you do burns calories, but if you are already set as active, then you have already counted those calories, in a way. Walking is a good form of exercise,…
  • I agree keep going..I actually find that even if I am sore from a previous work out...once I start getting warm in the next on, a lot of the pain goes away...Something like 30DS is not that hard to do 5 days a week, it is such a short but nicely intense work out, but you could also consider doing it 2 days then a rest,…
  • I think both vegetarianism and veganism can have many health benefits, and can be a healthy life style, but see I said LIFESTYLE and not diet!, It is only good for you if you are committed to the change and you do it properly...it is not as simple as removing meat/animal products from your diet, but finding the right…
  • Thanks guys!!!   I'm loving the wrap ideas, definitely a lot of inspirations there! and the Jar salads sound great too...Sometimes I just get so un inspired!!! and something that I can prep only a few days a week would be awesome...I usually end up with a sandwich cause I'm just under prepared and…
  • I have always wanted to go there!! Any tips??
