I'm getting old and stiff, and thinking of adding yoga once a weeks to my regular routine, at least to start...I'm totally new to that area, so can anyone recommend some of their favorite FREE yoga links...just some basics, say 20-40 minute routines, on youtube for example, that you liked yourself!!!
