I do zumba sometimes as well. Sometimes I need to burn a few more calories. Lime for a birthday party or I forget to pack my lunch :)

My kids lost my tape measure this week but down about 8 lbs today was week 4 day 1

T25 had a modifier so you could start with that and shouldn't bother your knees at all :)

i also have asthma and although i have bad days i try to push through because i know every bit more i workout the healthier i get and the less i have issues. having issues today though.

had a double meat turkey chopped salad from subway! half for lunch the rest for dinner.

i work at subway and if you ask for it unchopped we are very happy to oblige we hate chopping the salads :)

ok so for the month of march i actually gained 3 pds which doesnt seem like a lot but believe me it is. i bought a new dress to wear for church today and it looked so aweful on me. i just wanted to cry. But its ok i know i can do this just have to pull myself out of this hole i seem to have fallen in an find my motivation…

ok my 3 month goal and i didnt work out for the most part didnt lose 10 pds and some days i ate 2 cookies. but i have six weeks before the big 5k race and im going to work extra hard these next 6 weeks!

just did that with my workout stuff need to with my pantry though.

i think im doing ok ive lost 6 pds this months and dropped the fat percentage on my scale. so heres to next month being just as great!!!!

drink one cup a day with sugar free french vanilla and 2 oz of almond milk. not a good day with out my coffee lol

i want to do the relay for life 5k race this year. i also want to eat no more than 1 cookie per week and lose at least 10 more pds.

i just made homemade oatmeal with unsweetened vanilla milk and a cup of hot green tea with a splask of lemon. much better than my usual buisuit and gravy. this is my just do it for today. now if i can just stay away from the cookies at work ill be doing great lol
