I have been alternating my calories since I began my weight loss journey. It is super easy............and most definitely works! As another person posted, it does feel like you are cheating on the "big" days and I often times move my days around to suit events. I found a chart that I follow on alldietsource.com. I use mfp…

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know exactly how you feel!!! It is a lot easier when there are so many people with the same goal in mind!!! GO MFP!

Thank you all for your kind words. It is so much easer to give a compliment than to receive one!

YEAH! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've done the Biggest Loser. It is great accountability. The weekly weigh ins are great!

I MUST have my scale!!! I weigh daily. If I see it fluctuate I just press harder when I exercise. It helps me a lot. I don't officially count the "weight" but once a week but I do often weigh.

I started it a week ago. It is a lot harder than the 30 Day Shred. I think just because how long it is. I don't do it on the weekends. I am doing it about 3 - 5 times a week. I also hike twice a week. I have to change things up because I get so bored following the same routine.

Amazing! Congratulations!!!!

I LOVE the wii! We have the Wii Fit Plus and the Biggest Loser. It is a lot of fun and a great way to see your results. The part I love the most is it can be fun and a GREAT way to sweat off some calories! You are able to set goals and it reminds you when you are 'being bad'. :D

YEAH!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!

I am on day 3 too! How cool is that??? I so agree with you about the first 2 days killing me!!!!!!!!! I did find today's soreness wasn't as bad! I also walk in the afternoons with some friends. I would love to compare results with you! Thanks for started this thread!

Thank you for being obedient to God! I pray that he blesses you in return! :D:smile:

I completely understand how you feel, I have 3 sons and a husband. My family isn't as supportive as I would like them either, but I have to remind myself that my first responsibility is to take care of my family. I cook meals a lot healthier now and sometimes my husband is kicking his feet and grumbling all the way.…

My goal is to lose my last 25 pounds in the next 12 weeks.

Have you tried alternating your daily calorie intake? I am following a calorie chart from alldietsource.com. I have currently lost 43 pounds following this plan. You do a different amount every day so your body doesn't realize you are dieting. It is great! Good luck with it!

Remind him that you are doing this for him too and that you need him to help you stick to the routine when he's around. Have him exercise with you. Just refocus! Almosty there~
