THREE PR's this week!!! -Went to the mall- bought new clothes, went from size XL and L to SMALL in about 6 months - PR'd my clean and jerk tonight by 15 pounds! When we did it six weeks ago, I missed the lift 4 times. - SECOND PR OF THE EVENING- First handstand!!!! Did it twice :)

Just leave him alone! Different things for different people. Honestly, I eat Paleo... (most of the time). I am going to assume he CrossFits. All CrossFitters talk about is CrossFit and Paleo. So just get used to it now.

When I started CrossFit I got some Recovery protein powder- drink it within a half hour of finishing your work out. Might help you "recover" faster.

make sure that your seat is adjusted correctly... I can't even begin to tell you how important it is. AND keep your feet flat on the bike (don't let them face downward). Yes, I am speaking from injury experience. But at long you keep on eye on your feet and keep your seat right you should be good!
