Depends what you want to do. If you want to gain muscle and get more toned (and burn fat), do P90X and lift. If you want to burn fat and get to a new cardio level of fitness do Insanity or Turbo Fire. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask me! I have done all three programs to some degree (injured myself…

I would definitely say increased self esteem and confidence. I am much more confident than I used to be and I 100% love myself and who I am in my skin.

I am doing the same thing! I actually made a qunioa, black bean, butternut squash, and feta cheese wrap for lunch today. We'll see how it tastes (I saw it mentioned somewhere online and it sounded good). :-) Yummy!

I really like my moving comfort bras - which are made in much larger sizes than myself. They seem to keep anything from bouncing too much. Check the Moving Comfort Fiona or Juno on Amazon.com. Great bras. :-)

You might want to eat more, as crazy as it might sound. I am losing weight eating 1600 cals a day + exercise calories I burn off. It could help your metabolism. Also, with that little to lose be sure you are set to 1/2 lb per week and not more than that.

Be sure to take a day off a week to let yourself recover. Days off are just as important as working out. P90X is a tough workout program, so I don't know if I would do the wii fit workout, I'd just allow yourself some time to relax. As for is it too much? Everyone's body is different, but you certainly don't want to…

It does get easier with time. Though I find that when I plan my days - usually at the beginning of the week since it's just me and I have to make lunch - I don't think about it as much. So when I get hungry I already have a packed snack to eat.

Push ups and chest presses will help. Don't be afraid to lift heavy on the chest presses!

Well, you could even use paypal on your website. If done properly, paypal will have the cart managed and then they pay through paypal. I think amazon payments might have the same sort of thing (if not already, then I am sure coming soon).

Well, I have bought dresses that didn't zip all the way up during this journey (since I knew I would fit into them). One was a $10 dress (this is why I bought it small - cheap!). It is cute and fits me wonderfully now.

I have used both Shock Absorber and Moving Comfort. I have to say that I love moving comfort Juno bras - the adjustable straps keep them reasonably still even as my boobies are shrinking (I am probably going to have to order another one in a size smaller soon.). They have been fantastic though - and are really comfortable.…

That's probably a good idea actually. As long as you know the moves, and rest in between them, that could work very well. :)

nice job! You look fantastic! I can definitely see the difference. (and you look fantastic before too ;))

At 5'3", when I was at my heaviest (198) I was a size 16. Now I am 142-145 (depending on the day) and wear size 6 (though they are a little loose, so I am suspecting size 4 soon).

Cooling down faster is definitely your body getting more efficient, I bet you your heart rate drops quicker too. The sweating thing is your body being efficient at cooling itself! For me, I don't get sick (I do get minor cold symptoms sometimes, but my body works through them rather quickly), I feel more energized…

You look great! Congrats on all your hard work and on quitting smoking! All around healthier, I bet you feel fantastic! (PS: LOVE Dr. Who!)

You look great! (not that you didn't before!). Congrats on all your hard work paying off! :)

So overall, don't worry about. Look at the big picture - you've lost 11 lbs so far! Just keep working toward it and the weight loss will come. (everyone is allowed a screw up once in a while too!)
-
It also looks like you are over on sodium a lot (in the last week). That will encourage holding water weight also.
-
When on a calorie deficit, you can't really gain muscle per-say. If you just started p90x, then I am going to bet you are holding on to water weight from muscle tearing and protection. When I have a recovery week with p90x, that's when I lose weight, otherwise I stay the same or gain some. Also is it close to your TOM? I…

I totally think it's sexy! I am working to be more muscular looking myself, and am slowly, but surely getting there. There are plenty of males who think it is sexy, particularly for those who are themselves much healthier too.

I am in the first week of Phase 3 now, and I guess I just force myself to do it. If it is on my calendar, I have to do it, just like any other scheduled meeting. It keeps me motivated - especially when I cross it off on the calendar on my wall. It shows me how far I have come and how much more I need to do. You can do this!
-
Congratulations! You looks so good (not that you didn't look good before!). Great job! What an inspiration to push to get to my end goal!
-
You look great! But you need to get the image URL - not the flash/shockwave one to post it here (don't know why photobucket gives you that). Then just put it between [*img]URL[/*img] without the *

Love it

this is a fantastic book! :) Also New Rules of Lifting for Abs is the most recent one - looks good too!

You can do it! I am now starting the Phase 2 recovery week - feeling good so far!
