Depending on what your eating...cleanses are supposed to cleanse your body of the nastiness and set it up for healthier eating and better absorbtion when you are doen.. Weight loss doesnt always happen but yes it is a nice plus.

Yes I have done a couple of the workouts when I am in a time crunch. They def. get your heart rate up! They will work your whole body for the entire 10 minutes. If you are new to working out and short on time this would be a good option. You can always do a couple of the dvds in a row. Tony Horton knows what he is doing!

You don't feel like you are deprived of food so that is a plus. Its not like other cleanses (this is the only one I have ever done) but the best thing is your still eating something every 2-3 hours. I would say yes! The programs also come with a nutrition guide, so follow that and you will have even better results. Its not a boring program. There is dancing for cardio and he really knows how to make your muscles work. would this be your primary exercise? The Ab routine is fantastic BTW and I have done several others
