  • ~I love British humour. Not much of an input, but I don't want to lose this thread, sorry.
  • Just pages and pages of naked women and some quite explicit so too rude to post here....great. :ohwell:
  • I've had a start of a six pack 25 days into 30 day shred...........then life got in a way and now I'm at the start of my journey again...also, I was at 61 kg then and am about 168 cm tall (just for a reference of my size)
  • MFP meet up. My kids university funds. Charity (probably about half of it actually) Bakery school Setting up my own baking business for fun (just small, family run) Open a cinema in our town (one of those old school ones). Get a landscaper to sort out our garden once and for all. Probably buy a house.
  • Hello and welcome to MFP. good luck with your journey. I have been here through ups and downs and got really "fit and healthy" and now am sliding back to old ways of over eating and self hate, but it's only been few months and this is a long process. I hope you will do well. I found great support here from people and found…
  • I missed it. Have to catch up on it. I watch the first series and it was good. But there was lots in papers about the LA one.
  • I don't do the workouts, but I do watch her videos and one day I will do it. She is amazing.

  • Hello. I'm struggling with exercise atm too. Good luck with it, once you get into it, it's great, just don't stop. I stopped for couple of days and that turned into couple of weeks now and am slowly only just getting into it, but am really neglecting my running. So Not so great support from me, just being very sympathetic.…
  • Hello and welcome to MFP. Good luck in your lifestyle change, you can do it. Just don't be too hard on yourself and remember this is not dieting. If you don't diet, you can not fail your diet.
  • When you go home, tell them of us and say: 'For your tomorrow we gave our today  LEST WE FORGET.
  • Hello. I have finished C25K last week and haven't run since then. With the holiday in UK and all the long weekends hopefully over I will get back into it. I have my first race in July so still long way away, but I have to keep it up. I lost my motivation with the end of C25K, but I do enjoy running/jogging. I am hoping…

  • You can add it to the database if it is not in it.
  • Sorry to hear that. It happens to all of us. Have a look at Leslie Sansone walks. I have the 5 mile fat burning walk and in that hour I burn lots of calories (around 300 or more). And the best thing is that you can do it at home while little one is sleeping. Or get another exercise DVD, they are great when you have little…
  • I was there. I still miss it on the odd day of stress, but generally I found it easy this time around. Stopped using patches about 2 weeks ago as well. I just don't think about them as much. The big test for me will be in Prague, staying with my mum who smokes...that will probably be very painful mentally. Well done to you…

  • Hello and welcome to MFP. I hope your recovery is going to be fast. Good luck on your journey.
  • I pierced my daughters ears when she was about 9 months old.......purely as later she would be more concious of the fear that comes with body parts being pierced and hurt associated with it. I wouldn't do it if I couldn't afford nappies though.
  • Well done on the non smoking. And welcome to MFP.
  • RunKeeper over estimates my calories a lot when I'm running. Sometimes even over 100 calories. So I use it for the distance and pace and my HRM for my calories.
  • Needs a bump...people need to read this. Myself included.
  • My name is Zuzana and when my children were small, they couldn't say it and called me Zuznana and I liked it so keep using it.
  • Target Fitness does relatively cheap monitors. Look on amazon.
  • Hello. Welcome to MFP.
  • I'm stay at home mum and due to circumstances my husband is at home atm too. So It's all kind of disorganized here as I don't want to do it all myself since he is home too (I know, but things should be shared, we always agreed on that). So my day is kind of get up, get breakfast, MFP, get kids to school, exercise, MFP,…
  • And as for the shred...there is modified version for beginners. I done most of the level one modified and worked my way up. At the start of the level 3, I couldn't do the rock star jumps at all....just couldn't jump them, had no sense of balance with it. After 10 days, I dome move for a move. And not modified. Same for the…
  • We just got the kinect today so I'm going to look around for some exercise stuff for it to get soon.
  • I agree with the 30 day shred. I just finished and even thought I didn't have huge results as other people here, I don't really need to lose any more weight, so am beginning to see that in 30 days, I have great results. I have insanity here, but haven't tried it yet.
  • I don't know. I do Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk, it's an hour and I just finished the shred, but apart from that I have no idea. So am interested to see what people will say. Sorry I don't have any advice myself.
  • Of course you have. This is just 25 days of the 30 day shred and running 3 times a week with C25K. I'm sure you will see your soon.
  • Thank you guys. Unfortunately my skin is still saggy, but it's getting a bit better. I'm a bit annoyed as I had a six pack 5 days ago and now it's gone....
  • I've done edit couple of times and nothing....bear with me guys and girls, I will sort the pictures in a second
