  • Actually you gain from carbs turning into sugars. Yes you can gain from protein shakes from the sugars and carbs which turn into sugars. However protein from foods will not be stored as fat. Only sugars do that. If she feels good about how much protein shes eating then theres no reason to change it.

  • I noticed your average carbs are 200 or more. You should try taking your carbs down to 160ish. I can imagine it might be harder for you since your vegan. Thats the only advice I can think of. Sorry :(

  • Dont weigh yourself daily. You will only get upset when you see how much our bodies fluctuate daily. You may have gained weight from muscle. It weighs more then fat.
