Hello, I am also 5 1 :) You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day, or your body will go into starvation mode.. Annoying, right? I eat between 1300-1500 every day. Yes for all three. I never knew how low calorie pickles are.... Can't wait to buy a jar tomorrow! Such a good treat for 5 calories! I walked 30 minutes but am hoping to walk more than that tomorrow.
