I agree with this. You seem to consume a lot of liquid calories. You should be spending them on more nutrient dense foods. Like food you have to chew....

I am between 5'4 and 5'5 and currently weigh 138. As you can probably tell from my profile picture, I look fairly "skinny". I was told 20 lbs ago I didn't need to lose any more weight. I stuck to my guns and now at my lowest adult weight EVER, I am entering maintenance with a goal to reduce body fat and gain muscle...I…

I'm a vet- sleeved almost 14 months ago on 12/17/12. Lost 160 total, 130 since surgery and still losing. I'm under a normal BMI and have hit my goal weight a few times...LOL. I keep lowering it. Stats: HW: 302/SW: 272/CW:142 Anyone can add me!

ha ha great minds think alike! Just made this and it is SO good. I made it with ground beef instead of sausage.

I like to top mine with the standard spaghetti sauce, but it's also good with chili on top. I also just made an amazing "pizza spaghetti squash pie" from the Paleomg website. Link is below: http://paleomg.com/almost-5-ingredient-pizza-spaghetti-pie/ So freaking yummy! Comfort food to the max!

Just...what in God's name? How can that be something the gym would even sanction? She sounds certifiable. Leave it be or tell staff. Very odd to ay the least.

It's all relative. It means different things to different people. On this site it gets people's panties in a huge wedgie because they are insecure with their own eating habits and food choices. That being said, FOR ME it means reading labels, avoiding highly processed foods, GMO derived ingredients such as soy, corn, and…

Shakira or Dita VonTeese or Jamie Lee Curtis when she was in "True Lies" in 1994.....

I understand where you're coming from. If I could afford it, I would pay someone to go shopping with me and violently smack my trigger foods out of my hands....I don't binge anymore, but there's certainly stuff I don't NEED to be buying...and eating....

I'm on day 20 and feeling pretty good. I had ongoing shoulder pain that pretty much disappeared by day 11. I am having such good results so far that I am probably going to continue this way of eating (although not quite as strict) when I am done with the 30 days...good luck!

Do you get TWO 10 minute diets for $10.99???? I'm so in if there's a free gift!

This.

Bull****. USDA certified organic = non-GMO. Legally. Don't assume I am ignorant.
-
I am personally anti-GMO for me and my family. I don't think GMOs should be banned, but foods should be labeled as such so that people can make their own decision on whether to purchase and consume it. That's the problem I have with it. Until them, I am choosing to lessen or stop purchases and consumption of soybeans,…

Plan on welcoming all of your weight lost plus some when you're done. There is absolutely no point in doing a "diet" that is unsustainable for the rest of your life. Please stop wasting your time and your health. This is tough love, BTW. THIS is support.

Alright, trying really hard to not be snarky, but looking at your diary, it is the antithesis of "low carb". Your calorie counts don't seem off the charts, actually quite reasonable. Are you losing weight? Because if so, it would seem to prove you are not in fact a special snowflake,,,

Be brave

Brilliant!

And people should take your advice why???? My diary is open also, if you dare.

The only limitation to how much weight you lose is what you put on yourself. It's totally up to you how much you lose. I am down 160 lbs from my highest weight- 130 down since surgery 13 months ago. 302-142. If 140 is your goal, there's nothing stopping you, especially some silly statistic..... Good luck to everyone!

This x10. When the natural fat or sugar or "bad" ingredient is taken out, something artificial usually takes it's place or it is processed even more in order to remove that ingredient.

I think I know where all of the people who start the "sabotage" threads work....you...you..sabotager! I think you subconsciously or unsubconsciously want to be the skinniest person in your office.

I have not read all of the responses, but as expected, they are pretty negative. I am also doing a Whole30 this month, currently on Day 13. It seems like I have cured my ongoing shoulder pain after no improvement from going to physical therapy. It seems entirely possible that it had been due to inflammation from what I had…

I've been doing the Whole30 for the past few weeks, eating 100% clean (whole foods) just trying to break reliance on sugar. It only cost me $10 for a book on the subject and groceries including meats and veggies....I feel pretty good. Edited to add that my diary is open for anyone curious...

I don't have any advice because I struggle with people telling me to stop losing weight. I don't know what to say to them except "I'm almost done", which is the honest-to-God truth. I am doing a 30 day clean eating challenge, and after that I really think it will be maintenance time. It makes me really uncomfortable when…

An easy way to feel back in control again is to log everything you ate, even if you are significantly over your calorie goal. Being accountable is a good thing! And yes, indulging every now and then is good for you. You are doing fine.

100% truth. Funny this is coming from 2 people who have been more than 100 lbs overweight. I totally own my obesity. I ate too much and didn't move enough, period. That's the way is it 99.9% of the time, sorry.

The sugar free creamers they have now are pretty good, but I have been using coconut milk in my coffee. It makes it amazingly creamy and decadent- no strong coconut flavor. It's 40 calories for a serving (2 tbsp) of the additive-laden bottled sugar free creamer, and 50 for the "cleaner" coconut milk (1/4 cup).

I can! What was your question or post about? You can also friend me if you like- I am a daily logger for almost a year. Love to give and receive support!
