The trainers at my gym reccommend one day of rest a week, especially if you are lifting weights.Listen to your body, if you need a day off take it.

for lower body do some squats and lunges, they burn lots of calories and you don't have to use weights, but you could hold some free weights while you do them.Gives legs great definition.Upper body you can do pushups, and then start low on weight with biceps and triceps.There are also some fun workout dvd's that could help…

Bread, just good old bread, love it but definatley not worth it anymore.I have found bagel thins for 110 calories, not quite the same, but still yummy!Amazing how I now think about everything I put in my mouth, never thought of it before.I still have cheat days too, important and fun!:laugh:

It's a new day, forget the weekend, and start back to healthy today!Keeping track on here is what keeps me on task, we had b-day parties this weekend too, I went for a 3 mile run before each one so I wouldn't feel so guilty later, but start fresh today!!!:wink:

It probably has to do with breastfeeding, although usually you lose weight doing that.Just stick to it, it will come off, sometimes it takes a month or so.And remember, you are now healthy so thats awesome!!:smile:
