Wow!! I am very impressed. You are amazing!

I have started walking 20 minutes as soon as I get up and then 20 minutes at lunch. It's made it so easy to hit 10,000. It's best not to wait until 9:00 and then realize you still need 3000 more! Even 5 minutes at a time throughout the day ads up fast.

It's been 2 month and I only lost 11 pounds so far...but my clothes are falling off. I have had to have one batch tailored already and yesterday at work people were laughing at my huge pants.

A little??? It's a LOT less round! You look amazing - Congratulations!
-
I'm excited - it says it has PurePulse heart rate monitoring. I hope that means no chest strap.
-
Oh my goodness - you are going to eventually need new glasses! You look beautiful, congratulations!
-
I love all of the helpful tips! Thank you so much and congrats!

Just amazing...I am at a loss for words. So glad your surgery went well and good luck with your next phase.
-
What a journey! Thank you for sharing it...you are such an inspiration. BTW - your skinny clothes are even a bit too big. :D
-
Wow! I can hardly wait until I hit 30 pounds. You look amazing!
-
OK - you quit cigarettes, alcohol and marijuana? Clearly you have will power! Can you join a gym?
-
Josh - I am so sorry about your Mother. I'm so glad you have those great memories!
-
Ouch - that is very hurtful. You have to understand this is not about you, it sounds like your Mother has some serious issues she is not dealing with...so she lashes out you instead. It's not that you will never be good enough for your Mom, she is not good enough for you. You are making excellent choices and taking control…

Wow! What an amazing story...you are an excellent mother who has taught your kids the best lesson ever! You are such an awesome example and your children will have a better life because of it. They get to enjoy you happy and healthy, and they get to grow up with the knowledge they need so they don't go down that same path.…

Have you considered wearing your fitbit just to have a general idea of your activity level? It should be easy to schedule in a little extra walking while on vacation. It would serve as a little bit of accountability without actually logging.

If you don't think 11 pounds is a lot - go grab something 11 pounds and carry it around for 5 minutes! You will see exactly how much it is! That is a little more than a 10 pound bag of potatoes which is super heavy. You get to take full credit for it and be proud of all your hard work. Plus you get to wear gorgeous…

I agree with the previous posts about logging every bite that passes your lips. I also recommend buying a digital food scale (they are less than $20.00) because it will subtract the weight of your dish so you only weigh your food. It is so much easier to log in the ounces or grams rather than try to guess if that potato or…

There is a group here called: Over 50 Women's Club It's pretty active and a very nice bunch of ladies. Many of them have had tremendous success and are so helpful and motivating. You should check it out!

I just had my 3rd lesson so I am still learning the moves. Am starting to see some muscle memory already so it gets easier when you don't have to think so much. My biggest advice is to take Motrin the next day...I think every muscle in my body hurt!

It is a battle...I'm back again too. You have had a rough couple of years, I can't imagine what you have been through. I am so glad you are here and I promise to do my best to stay on track this time.
-
You gave me goose bumps! LOVE your story...what a journey!
-
Wow... you look amazing. Your arms and shoulders are so toned, and I think you should go sleeveless everyday!
-
So who should you listen to? Some ridiculous girls...or the dozens and dozens of people here? I am here to tell you that you should listen to us because we are telling you the truth. Now read through all of these fantastic, encouraging posts one more time, and then get back on that treadmill. I promise you that the people…

You are such an inspiration. Cute outfit too!

Used it all the time when my husband was in Iraq. It was fantastic, because the kids could show him things and my daughter would play the violin for him too! Now I use it almost daily, and I couldn't imagine my life without it. I have a Skype subscription that costs $3.00 a month for unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada…

What a fabulous reminder that the benefits are not all about how we look. I got chills when I read your story, and I am so proud of you!

That is awesome! Keep going like this and you will have to put the buckle on a new belt before too long! If you keep punching new holes, you'll have to wrap the belt around you twice by the time you hit goal!
-
That sounds great!

I could see a tummy tuck in my future. I might use it as a reward for hitting my goal. I think I would need to maintain for a year first, just to make sure I've got things under control.
