Healthy snacks (fruits & veggies) every 2-3 hours, with lots of ice cold water! Lean protien at meal time....GOOD LUCK

Sounds wonderful to me! I have some cool new tupperware storage with fresh vents, so i wash/cut lots of my fruits & veggies and store in them...they last longer and stack neatly!

Watch your sodium intake, and drink lots of water. I'm also at 1200 cals/day...i eat about every 2 to 3 hours...healthy snacks of course, mostly fruits and veggies! Lean protien for my 3 meals. NO junk, NO soda, NO white starchy carbs. Remember this program is a good guideline, but surely not perfect. I think you're doing…

I bake mine in a bit of chicken broth, then cut into bite-size! Use 5oz in a wrap with laughing cow, spinach, tomatoes! Delish! i've also used hummus or avacado in my wraps! Great lean protein

I always have a variety of snacks prepacked in baggies...i'm a SAHM, and we're out & about a lot! I find myself snacking in the car often. My snacks include---baby carrots, pea pods, cut up bell peppers, apples, walnuts or almonds, small tuna packs, laughing cow cheese...GOOD LUCK!

Thanks everyone! @ SOFTBALLMOM11....definately DON'T starve yourself! Lots of cardio, tons of water, lean protein, NO sweets/sugary snacks or soda, limiting my coffee intake, a variety of fruits & veggies, whole wheat no more white starchy carbs! I'm so ready to be healthy and do something for me...

I do my hips, at the largest place, then my left thigh by it's self. Just remember what you do and keep it the same each measurement. GOOD LUCK :)

Second Belly...here too! I had twins, then a single....OUCH on the body! I agree with LOTS of cardio...sweat...water! Work on getting your core strong, then add in ab workouts. GOOD LUCK to you and me :-)

I have NO, ZIP, ZILCH beat! I have a hard time remembering left from right! I'm very uncoordinated about moving my feet and arms at the same time. Haven't tried Zumba (YET) But I have been doing a group groove class...it's takes a few times to figure it out. GO and have FUN with it!!!!!!
